Marie concentrates her practice in the fields of insurance defense, nursing home defense and medical malpractice. She has represented defendants in litigation throughout the state of Kentucky. Specifically, her experience includes representing defendants in premises liability cases, products liability, medical malpractice cases (both physicians and hospitals), nursing home cases, automobile accident cases, toxic tort and general commercial insurance defense. She has represented insurance companies and their insureds in cases alleging property damage, personal injury, wrongful death and subrogation. Her experience includes all stages of litigation from pre-suit negotiations, filing of pleadings, discovery, alternative dispute resolution, trial and post-trial practice.
